CVS The One Thing You Don't Want to See

Cvs is Computer Vision Syndrome and it is described as eye and vision problems that come from prolonged computer use. It is very common and the symptoms get worse depending on how long you stare at the computer and/or TV screen. CVS causes eyestrain, headaches, blurred vision, dry eyes, neck and shoulder pain. The most common reason for these symptoms is poor lighting, glare on the screen, improper viewing distance, poor seating posture, and uncorrected vision problems. This is getting worse every year and the ways to stop it are pretty simple the computer screen should be 15 to 20 degrees below eye level, avoid glare as much as possible, chairs should be comfortably padded and conform to your body, every two hours take a 15 minute break, and try to blink more often.  I have tried this and I have had fewer headaches and my eyes feel a lot better. With the growing game industry CVS is getting more of a problem, but with doing this we can minimize the amount of people who have it.
